Amor Studio Refund Policy

At Amor Studio, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services to our customers. Our refund policy is designed to comply with Australian Consumer Law and to ensure a fair and transparent process.

Physical Products

If you are not satisfied with a physical product purchased from Amor Studio, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

  • Faulty or Misdescribed Products: If the product is faulty, not of acceptable quality, or does not match the description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase to arrange a return.

Digital Products (eBooks)

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for eBooks once they have been purchased, unless required under Australian Consumer Law. This includes instances where the eBook is faulty or not as described. Please ensure that you have the necessary software and hardware to access the eBook before making a purchase.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Please note that while Australian Consumer Law provides certain guarantees for goods and services, its application to digital products like eBooks is currently limited. As such, our policy reflects the current legal framework.
